We take spam seriously
Violation of our Terms and Conditions or this Spam Policy may result in legal action against you and the termination, without notice, of all services provided. Accounts terminated due to violations of our Spam Policy are not eligible for any refunds of forfeited services.
Use of any our services including this website implies consent of this policy, and you agree to abide by our Terms & Conditions and comply with our prohibition on spamming and unethical marketing activities.
Nothing in this policy is intended to grant any right to transmit email to or through our computer systems. We do not waive any rights by the failure to enforce this policy in every instance in which it might apply.
We do not authorize the use of our proprietary computers and computer system to accept, transmit or distribute unsolicited bulk e-mail sent to our from our employees, customers, or email accounts hosted on our systems.
Internet e-mail sent, or caused to be sent, to or through our systems that makes use of or contains invalid or forged headers, invalid or non-existent domain names or other means of deceptive addressing will be regarded as counterfeit. Any attempt to send or cause such counterfeit e-mail to be sent to or through our servers is unauthorized. We do not authorize anyone to send e-mail or cause e-mail to be sent to our from our servers that violates our Terms and Conditions.
We do not authorize the harvesting or collection of e-mail addresses for the purpose of sending unsolicited e-mail. We reserve the right to take every legal and technical measures available to prevent unsolicited e-mail or other unauthorized e-mail from entering, utilizing or remaining within our computer systems.
We will not tolerate spam sent by our affiliates or partners. Affiliates or partners will not utilize spam in promoting our services and will not, either directly or indirectly, send any unsolicited bulk e-mail or unsolicited commercial e-mail.
Violating this may result in the immediate suspension or termination of the affiliate account and they will also be subject to legal action.
We do not attempt to censor any email content, or to harm affiliate business. However, spam activities are not authorized and will not be tolerated.
