Born and raised in Delhi, capital of Indi, Ben has completed his Computer Science degree from a reputed university in India and awarded with many educational certificates including MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) from Microsoft, HND (Higher National Diploma in computers) from Edexcel, DNIIT from NIIT, MCA and currently is pursuing post graduate education in Business.
Ben has worked with many small and big companies, with 6 years of experience in software development, website design, development and maintenance. 3 years ago, while working with a development company, he was offered a position as a Sr. Support Engineer with Miva Small Business in their support department. Now, according to Ben, this was the best time and opportunity for him - to work with Miva Small Business. The Miva Merchant suite of products and its future really changed his life. It was at Miva Small Business, that Ben met James Harrell (Vice President) whom he considers his father of technology and Miva Guru.
Here with eMediaSales, Ben is heavily involved with Miva Merchant enabled website design, module configuration, hosting configuration and manning the support desk. Ben has set the goal to put the eMediaSales on the top in the ecommerce industry. He has a very big dream to follow in his mentor's footsteps and one day open his own company.
