On Friday August 28, 2009, we will be performing service maintenance on our main RAID drive array and cluster file system between the hours of midnight and 3AM Eastern time. During this maintenance window, your website may experience brief moments of down time as the main file system is rebooted. We anticipate two file system reboots during this maintenance window, with each lasting approximately one minute at a time.

We are taking every care to ensure your website remains up and reliable as much as possible. The bulk of our work will be performed on a service node in the cluster, and therefore will not affect your website except for the moment at which we must reboot the main RAID array.
